This program targets high performance athletes that have a specific long term objective to improve cycling performance. This program is the most comprehensive program offered by HPTek and encompasses all our knowledge of exercise prescription, training adaptation and equipment technology. This program includes:

- Annual Training Plan development

- Planned training load (CTL)

- WKO Analysis

- Best Bike Split pacing strategies

- Weekly program revision

- Performance & training feedback

- Race strategy and performance analysis

- Regular Training Peaks comments

- Weekly email/phone contact

- Strength and Conditioning plan

- Ergogenic supplement guidelines

- Sports nutrition guidelines


Premium Program

$220 / monthly

Delivered by Associate Coaches only.

This program is similar to the High Performance Program however less coach contact is included. This program targets recreational and competitive athletes that desire a 1 on 1 coaching experience with a customised training program. This program includes:

- Planned Training Load (CTL)

- Fortnightly program revision

- Performance & training feedback

- Race strategy and performance analysis

- Regular Training Peaks comments

- Fortnightly email/phone contact

- Race performance analysis

- Ergogenic supplement guidelines

- Sports nutrition guidelines


Target Event Program

$100 / per month of program

Programs developed by all HPTek Coaches

*It is recommended that athletes undergo preliminary testing to assist in the development of an accurate training program.

 

 

This program is for the athlete that doesn't desire a 1 on 1 coaching experience but would like a custom program developed specifically for an event.

Typically this program consists of a 12 to 16 week periodised program that targets a specific event. The program is developed and delivered through Training Peaks allowing for a fully customised and trackable periodised training plan. 

This program is power based. It is recommended that athletes have a recently measured FTP to ensure training zone prescription is accurate. Physiological testing can be incorporated into this program to ensure accurate training zones during the prescribed training plan.

Included in this program is nutritional and ergogenic strategies to ensure optimal performance for your optimal event.
